Summary
The CMS East Atlantic Monk Seal MOU is a regional multilateral agreement focused on the conservation of monk seals in the Mediterranean, agreed under the auspices of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS). The body responsible for coordinating the implementation of the MOU is the CMS Secretariat, which fulfils the function of Secretariat to the MOU.
