he Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation and Management of Dugongs and their Habitats throughout their Range (CMSDugong MOU) aims to promote international cooperation in the protection of dugongs and the seagrass habitats their survival depends upon, hroughout their extensive range. The MOU entered into effect on 31 October 2007 and is administered by a Secretariat based in Abu Dhabi.
